Monica Jovans is the Global Director of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) at Adare Pharma Solutions and is responsible for developing strategy, setting targets, planning, executing initiatives, ESG reporting and engaging with stakeholders. Her multifaceted role encompasses policy, operations, advocacy, data integrity, team management and development, and providing support for working groups to achieve their objectives. With over 20 years of industry experience, Monica specializes in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
